Fixing the problems with the First bus service


Graham recently met executives from First Bus about late and cancelled buses. At the meeting, First Bus admitted that service had been poor in recent months but said that they had taken measures to improve matters, including recruiting more drivers. We hope that services will indeed get better but, if you have a bad experience or other comments about bus services then please email First Bus to complain – james.freeman@firstgroup.com – and copy us in so we can keep up the pressure.
